Warranty Information
It is important to know that your mattress warranty is covered by the manufacturer directly, and the process may differ depending on the product type and brand. To start, it’s important to know the brand of your product because the manufacturer is solely responsible for warranty fulfillment. You can identify the manufacturer name by referencing the law tag attached to your mattress or by reviewing your invoice. Mattress & Co helps you by facilitating the warranty claim process, but we are ultimately bound to the requirements set forth by the manufacturer.
Your new mattress is covered by an extensive warranty. Should your product fail in the warranty period, one of our team members will be happy to assist you in filing a claim and will work on your behalf with the manufacturer. We recommend the purchase of a mattress protector with every bed. A mattress protector has many benefits, including preserving your warranty should the bed become stained.
